Ruth Flicker, expert in organizational design and development, joins TIP Advisory Committee

The Inonvation Partnership would like to welcome Ruth Flicker, President of RRF Human Development Consultants Inc. to our Advisory Committee. Ruth is an expert in change management and organizational design.
Ruth’s practice is situated at the busy intersection of strategic planning, change management, leadership development and re-inventing governance. She assists boards of directors and senior executives in setting the future direction for their organizations and developing the capacity for leaders to emerge and succeed at every level of the organization.
In recognition of her professional achievements, Ruth was named the Royal Bank of Canada Laureate in Entrepreneurship 2005.
