Marc-Andre Gagnon joins the TIP Team

The Inonvation Partnership would like to welcome Marc-Andre Gagnon, who joined us as a TIP Expert. Marc-Andre Gagnon is an expert in social and health policy. He is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He is also a Research Fellow with the Pharmaceutical Policy Research Collaboration and with the Edmond J. Safra Centre for Ethics at Harvard University for a Lab Project on Institutional Corruption. His current research focuses on pharmaceutical policy, dominant business models in the knowledge-based economy and corporate influence over scientific research and physicians' prescribing habits. Marc-Andre holds a PhD in Political Science from York University and a Masters of Advanced Study in the History of Economic Thought from Paris-1 Sorbonne and Ecole Normale Superieure de Fontenay, St-Cloud.
